This painting was worked alongside ‘Reflected Glory’ and was painted during the year of cancer treatment. It reflects my determination to hold on to all that was positive and joyful. And is an expression of faith.
One of the Scriptures that spoke to me during this time was Psalm 84:6 TPT – ‘Even when their paths wind through the dark valley of tears, they dig deep to find a pleasant pool where others find only pain.
He gives to them a brook of blessing filled from the rain of an outpouring.’
I found this to be true. So I painted with great joy and freedom despite what my circumstances were. It is simply an expression of joy.
